I noticed a person named Alexandra Migoya as the one who posted that Instagram photo with the caption "double sleepover to kick off at Comet Pizza", so out of curiosity I searched her name on Google and found that she had deleted her Twitter and set her Instagram to private. However what did come up is that she is on one of the committees of something called the Transformer Annual Silent Auction and Benefit Party (she's on at least the 9th and 13th editions), which has among their corporate sponsors Occasions Catering and Comet Pizza, and has James Alefantis on their board of directors. If you notice on the link I provided, Occasions use the squiggly spiral logo, not the triangle one used in Besta's old logo, but the circular one depicted from the FBI document (I linked to it so you can compare) meaning "little boy lover" vs just "boy lover". Furthermore they have a section specifically dedicated to kids, on only on the kids menu in the background you can see a bow which is similar to the cross symbol depicted in the FBI document and found on Comet Pizza's menu. As for the Transformer event, some of the artwork for auction is pretty weird. One called PPPP, People's Ping Pong Party, another called "visions of the end of the world" depicting an eye in the clouds with a mutilated bloody body on the ground below, if you go to other years you can see more creepy ones.

Lastly, not sure if this is relevant but when searching her name on Google this photo keeps coming up from someone called Alexandra Javier on Pinterest, not sure if it's the same person or if not who this person is, but it is pretty creepy and keeps coming up in my searches for Alexandra Migoya. If you check out the Pinterest she has a whole section on unsettling children and toddlers wearing cutsie outfits like this.

Well I just created a user here on voat and officially diving into this to share a little bit of my observations on this. Sorry if this already well known but maybe people don't know or can provide more info on this. So I found one of the pieces of art on the the Transformer Auction that stood out and that was the Hankerchief draped over the face of what appears to be a child? The artists name is Breck Brunson, AKA "Lucius Twilight" from Heavy Breathing. Apparently he was the singer for The Apes. Three of the Ape members moved on to create Heavy Breathing that we all know about.
Maybe we can find out more about this guy?

Alexandra Migoya, who seems to be extremely well connected in the Latino community, is one of the co-founders of Ferdinand and Isabella Spanish Language Adventures, located at 3301 New Mexico Ave., DC NW - a location only 1 or 2 miles from Comet Ping Pong. It teaches Spanish language and culture to kids aged between about 5 and 9 going by the photos on the website. Thus she has excellent access to young children and to Comet. I find it incredible that a pizza place would host sleepovers for children at all, let alone a DOUBLE sleepover, which presumably means two nights in a row. However, it just says 'kicks off' at Comet, so it's possible the girls did not actually spent their nights there. She's published an article on American and French (I think it was?) sexuality.
