“A tactic that drags on too long becomes a drag.” Don’t become old news.

“Keep the pressure on. Never let up.” Keep trying new things to keep the opposition off balance. As the opposition masters one approach, hit them from the flank with something new.

Psychological punishment creates ptsd, ptsds create demons (or memories) that are frequently triggered, essentially frequently crashing one's mind, limiting one's possibilities; yes, mind control?!$$$$$.

We have to be my more careful with our understanding of these terms. Everyone has been influenced by mind control to some degree. If you don't believe that you've been shaped in any way by cultural norms, for example, then you're in denial. On the other hand, CIA programs of mind control vary from subtle mind control techniques to full-blown human programming, much of which would quality as a form of torture.
