Yah, tiny pic. I saw it blown up on reddt awhile back but it had becomepretty pixelated. Stil it looked like her sweater. People were saying they believed it was actually his neice.

Ive seen the picture before. I believe the "zip tie" is an illusion created by her sweater cuff.
