Wow, this is a really big and old blog. I'm also surprised they continued to post even after #PizzaGate.

In that case, this makes me believe it may just be part of the cover-up. Make multiple instagram accounts with tons of pizza pictures, sprinkle in some of the creepy pics, claim people are crazy and pizza lovers just post random pizza images.
