One of the older entries has an original image meaning it was uploaded by the blog owner and not used anywhere else on the internet, which means it is likely the image is either of him or someone he has come into contact with.
Might be nothing but might be something... Here is another one that only appears in one other place. I went to "W Heinze's" Photobucket and check this shit out.
