I could write a script that scrubs twitter for the Pizzagate hashtag minus certain words (like: fake) and have it send a personalized form email including links in 30 minutes. I'm betting that's what this is.
Some have their email public on their twitter profile, or as part of their bio. That would be the easiest way to get it. Otherwise, there are plenty of other ways to find email addresses.
