I for one have grown to like Voat for my short stay here. It can be slow at times, but you'll have this with any growing community that isn't really monetized. Plus an additional move only loses more users. You also lose points for trying to vouch for a community you didn't even discuss with about the notion before making an "announcement"
A claim you're making with no evidence. We are a featured subverse for VOAT, and likely one of the largest migrations they've seen to date. If you took anytime at all to read the dev comments it is an issue they are working on resolving, and have improved upon in updated versions. There is no last working version since they don't even know what exactly the problem is stemming from.

Voat is deliberately sabotaging it's code to scatter us to the wind.
They could instantly revert back to their last working version of code until they fix the current issue.
