I'm not sure if it's possible to do it post-creation, but it seems as if it might be useful to anonymize the users who post and comment. This may add an extra, if any, layer of defense against possible attacks towards a user. Are there downsides to it? Sure, but in my mind, this topic is something that has gotten people suicided/killed.
Is this something the mods can do if the community wants it?
