I discovered that ALL our personal history relating to Pizzagate was DELETED together with the sub! I'm fucking shocked!

Maybe that's not a surprise to reddit oldtimers, but I was personally convinced I would still have access to all my posts (like when one of my users got permanently banned, I was still able to see all my threads and posts).

Not long before the blackout a reddit user said he had the scripts already setup to crawl and archive the whole sub for us. He said he wasn't part of the investigation but would do it for us. He must have used something akin to this https://github.com/peoplma/subredditarchive

Unfortunately I saw the banning deadline much too late to get this running.

So we need to find him. Did you catch his name? We need to contact him and get this archive accessible asap, and distribute it on torrent. Archive.is is not a satisfactory manner to keep all that we've done for posterity (and ulterior research).

I'm able to set-up a mirror for all that historic data, if I have the archive. I'm sure dozens more would be willing to also.

Please help me remember or figure this out somehow.
