Hypothetically speaking, could Voat handle the traffic if The Donald jumped ship and came here in solidarity? If everybody just gave a dollar that would be pretty significant.
Another thought on Pizzagate...it might be a good time to sit back and organize what has been discovered and plan on the next avenue of research. Maybe even compartmentalize by having users volunteer to research a certain person or group of people and focus on nothing else until that has been fleshed out.
I say this because I was guilty of getting distracted and jumping around from person to person looking at stuff. The connections between all of these people is like a spider web and it's hard to keep the connections straight. Also, crowdfunding a PI was mentioned, but aside from boots on the ground, are there any paid databases that PI's use that we could pay into to assist in this investigation?
I'm not sure what they have from a technical stand point, but if The Donald came I'm 100% sure they would be happier with the admins and mods. You are correct, if even 50% of the refugees from The Donald and Pizzagate gave $1 it would help in a huge way. I say send them over!!
