Can someone explain how the upvoating works? I hit 'up' but it appears nothing is happening. is it delayed? Can you only upvoat every so often? (like say 5 minutes or something?) Or is the site just really slow right now?
I'm not sure if you still need the info but, until you get to 20 CCP, you only have 10 upvoats per 24 hrs. When you get to 20, you'll have unlimited upvoats. At 100 you'll have unlimited downvoats. It's just the rules.
The site is having issues lately. The admins are trying to fix the issues. And now w the new influx from pizzagate it's struggling w the traffic. Be patient and it'll sort itself. It's worth it, honestly.
