I suspect the point of hosting this at a pizza place that regularly serves family and children during the daytime is hiding DNA/fluid evidence. If it was just an office you could send the police in, swab it down, find some kiddy DNA and lock up the whole lot.
That also explains the use of "map" for semen. Using this code word like that would be a great way to remind conspirators that you can get caught if you mess up.
