He has a prodigious rap sheet for an 18 year old. To be fair, the white 19 year old girl he killed was coal burning in a very juneteenth side of town. Her toll has been paid in full!

I dont even know why you would want to even if the toll didn't exist. Theyre not pleasant people to be around. Most of them are rude as fuck.
