The common man, most of whom are dim-witted christians, participate in the fiasco by passively allowing it to happen, then passively accepting it. The common slug should know by now that authority is easily corrupted...yet no effort, that I'm aware of, has ever been made to ensure competent/uncorruptable leadership.
