Actually, what you've just described are the symptoms of deflation. The terms inflation and deflation are very simple. Inflation - increase in the money supply, deflation - reduction in the money supply. Everything else is the result of those two things. For example, people often call the increase in prices inflation, but they are merely a symptom of it; usually occurring as an adjustment to the increased money supply. What you described, no new loans being created, is a symptom of a lack of money, i.e. deflation.
Not really, money gets created in a loan. The bank doesn't go grab a bunch of dollars from the vault and hand them to you. They take $0 and split it into +loan$ to you, and -liability$ to them. When you pay the loan off, it goes back to zero, and the bank keeps the interest.
Therefore, loans = inflation, and paying off loans = deflation. Banks lose money on bad loans, so they can't loan to just anyone. So if people are paying off loans faster than banks are lending, then it's deflation.
But the other major driver in a recession for deflation, is the "Sell High, Buy Low" mantra. You can't "buy low" if you don't sell high. Selling means holding dollars until the bottom of the stock crash. If everyone is holding dollars, they aren't being used in the active economy and you get effect of deflation.
Here's what going to happen as fallout if this shutdown continues for more than two weeks from today.
-All digital media companies and online retailers will be in fantastic position to deal with the economic fallout that will inevitably follow.
-Corporations and banks paid up with the right people will be bailed out to a point that does not return their previous positions but places them at lower risk for failure.
-Most small businesses will already be closed and all employees will be essentially unpaid with their savings depleting quickly attempting to pay their mortgage, rent, car loans. They may attempt to re-open, but only the lucky ones will be able to survive and the ones that do will do so with a smaller staff and market share than they had before.
-Any government relief will happen at an extremely slow pace compared to what is necessary to prevent catastrophic economic fallout. Small business and individual "Bailouts" will come but they will be laughably unhelpful for anyone who receives them. Like pissing on a gas fire.
-Laws MAY be passed to help prevent foreclosures, evictions, and repossessions on houses for a certain period of time....likely a year. People will still be on the hook for the rent and payments they miss. If they do recover and manage to stay in their homes, they will then be in further debt for that additional year that they missed payments.
-Small business real estate investors (ie. "Deeper Pockets") people will be forced to walk away from their mortgage loans and declare bankruptcy because payment will become untenable due to the law mentioned above.
-Houses will, once again, be left to banks to wholesale and, considering the economy, all prices will drop depressing the real estate market. The injection of inflated cash may help maintain values on paper, but their actual market value will be far less.
-Anyone affected by the virus medically, will be on the hook for the entirety of their treatment and, due to the combination of being broke many will also be forced to file for bankruptcy.
-The new bank lending policy and Fed Interest rates will create massive amounts of inflation, that will make a stockmarket recovery look real when, in fact, it's just the newly created dollars causing it to go up. Prices of absolutely everything will go up at least 5 years BEFORE wages actually respond.
-While all of this is happening, organizations (Banks, large corps, etc) will be buying up huge swaths of real estate at rock bottom prices. This will spring up an apparent new economy, consisting of even more corporate centralization.
-From the ashes of this, it will be even more difficult to be a lone wolf. Small businesses will be virtually non existent. Your skills, abilities, and intelligence, regardless of value, will be purchased at rock bottom prices because you're desperate and massive companies will be the only show in town.

In the case of a bond default a corporation typically has to file chapter 11, which means the bond holder will lose money, not that they gain control of the issuing corporation. A surging dollar suggests deflation, no? It is worth more than it was previously, which makes it more valuable if you just hold it. Nothing surprises me about our corrupt ponzi scheme of a financial system. The only surprise would be if they actually paid the debt slaves money, because that would be a desperate, last-resort move that would signal the end is finally near.
A bond is an IOU that some entity (in this case a corporation) gives in exchange for cash. It's essentially a loan but instead of going to a lender they "sell" this bond on the open market to the lowest bidder to get a cheap loan with no fees or conditions. This loan concept breaks down when the bonds are being bought by the Fed with freshly printed and unlimited dollars. The Fed could never collect on the loan, making it a cash bailout.
This money can be used for anything including stock buybacks and bonuses to the directors. Even if the Fed does not intend for this to be free money the board of directors could easily issue billions in bonds, pocket it all and let the company go bankrupt. It would be 100% legal.

Actually, what you've just described are the symptoms of deflation. The terms inflation and deflation are very simple. Inflation - increase in the money supply, deflation - reduction in the money supply. Everything else is the result of those two things. For example, people often call the increase in prices inflation, but they are merely a symptom of it; usually occurring as an adjustment to the increased money supply. What you described, no new loans being created, is a symptom of a lack of money, i.e. deflation.

Not really, money gets created in a loan. The bank doesn't go grab a bunch of dollars from the vault and hand them to you. They take $0 and split it into +loan$ to you, and -liability$ to them. When you pay the loan off, it goes back to zero, and the bank keeps the interest.
Therefore, loans = inflation, and paying off loans = deflation. Banks lose money on bad loans, so they can't loan to just anyone. So if people are paying off loans faster than banks are lending, then it's deflation.
But the other major driver in a recession for deflation, is the "Sell High, Buy Low" mantra. You can't "buy low" if you don't sell high. Selling means holding dollars until the bottom of the stock crash. If everyone is holding dollars, they aren't being used in the active economy and you get effect of deflation.

Here's what going to happen as fallout if this shutdown continues for more than two weeks from today.
-All digital media companies and online retailers will be in fantastic position to deal with the economic fallout that will inevitably follow.
-Corporations and banks paid up with the right people will be bailed out to a point that does not return their previous positions but places them at lower risk for failure.
-Most small businesses will already be closed and all employees will be essentially unpaid with their savings depleting quickly attempting to pay their mortgage, rent, car loans. They may attempt to re-open, but only the lucky ones will be able to survive and the ones that do will do so with a smaller staff and market share than they had before.
-Any government relief will happen at an extremely slow pace compared to what is necessary to prevent catastrophic economic fallout. Small business and individual "Bailouts" will come but they will be laughably unhelpful for anyone who receives them. Like pissing on a gas fire.
-Laws MAY be passed to help prevent foreclosures, evictions, and repossessions on houses for a certain period of time....likely a year. People will still be on the hook for the rent and payments they miss. If they do recover and manage to stay in their homes, they will then be in further debt for that additional year that they missed payments.
-Small business real estate investors (ie. "Deeper Pockets") people will be forced to walk away from their mortgage loans and declare bankruptcy because payment will become untenable due to the law mentioned above.
-Houses will, once again, be left to banks to wholesale and, considering the economy, all prices will drop depressing the real estate market. The injection of inflated cash may help maintain values on paper, but their actual market value will be far less.
-Anyone affected by the virus medically, will be on the hook for the entirety of their treatment and, due to the combination of being broke many will also be forced to file for bankruptcy.
-The new bank lending policy and Fed Interest rates will create massive amounts of inflation, that will make a stockmarket recovery look real when, in fact, it's just the newly created dollars causing it to go up. Prices of absolutely everything will go up at least 5 years BEFORE wages actually respond.
-While all of this is happening, organizations (Banks, large corps, etc) will be buying up huge swaths of real estate at rock bottom prices. This will spring up an apparent new economy, consisting of even more corporate centralization.
-From the ashes of this, it will be even more difficult to be a lone wolf. Small businesses will be virtually non existent. Your skills, abilities, and intelligence, regardless of value, will be purchased at rock bottom prices because you're desperate and massive companies will be the only show in town.
We created a culture that existed completely on the reliance of debt, usury, and perpetual, unlimited growth. The American empire was most assuredly over before this crisis happened due to the state of bribery money in politics. This event IS the nail in the coffin. Life will never go back to the way it was.
If I can put my conspiracy hat on for a moment, one thing to keep in mind here is the idea that this was done to protect old people. Nations who pay their old people below a living wage, essentially starving them, and putting them through every manner of degrading processes just to survive...just devastated the entire global economy to save old people.
This does not add up. I can't say for certain that this virus was released intentionally for this purpose, but the RESPONSE to the virus will most certainly be calculated for a specific purpose.

In the case of a bond default a corporation typically has to file chapter 11, which means the bond holder will lose money, not that they gain control of the issuing corporation. I could be wrong though. Thanks to you and @NavigatorFlight I have learned more about corporate bonds today than I ever wanted to. It’s kept pretty quiet, honestly. Not even we care too much about it. It’s not like we’ll do anything to stop it, anyway. On current trends, global white population peaks in roughly 10 years. It peaked in the US 5 years ago and has been collapsing ever since. In fact, the US average lifespan has even been falling for the last 3 years. Not just because nonwhites don’t live as long as whites, but explicitly because young white male suicides have quintupled in the last 10 years. It’s also difficult to determine the true racial composition (percentage) in the US simply because it’s the official position of the government to lie about it. There are at minimum 30,000,000 uncounted illegal aliens in the US, and over 60,000,000 total (since anchor babies aren’t legal citizens and never have been, by law). It’s entirely possible the US is already less than half white, but I digress.
A handful of the nations of Western Europe are still seeing a slight increase in white populations YoY, but all of their birth rates are far below replacement level. Half of children (10 and under) in AT LEAST Britain, France, Germany, and Sweden are nonwhite, and all nonwhite populations are ABOVE replacement rate, some even double or more. East Europe is still crippled by communism, 30 years later. Russia has never recovered (in population), nor have the rest of them. It doesn’t matter that they’re still predominantly white; they won’t be for long. Not just because of forced immigration due to supranational laws, but because they’ll be… forced to have those laws, by military occupation if necessary. Just like Western Europe today. Just like the United States 60 years ago.

This is true, we're going to see deflation and prices completely drop due to the slowdown in spending and people losing their jobs. However, if things recover, we'll see massive inflation since unchained monetary policy has become unleashed. On top of this, what happens to all the nations holding USD? Will we see a massive influx of that wash back ashore? Another potential for inflation. Governments always prefer inflation because they can tax inflation, so they'll go far above simply staving off deflation and create more inflation. Either way the dollar dies in the end. This is a reset, the dollar is done. New dollar coming.

A surging dollar suggests deflation, no? It is worth more than it was previously, which makes it more valuable if you just hold it. This is not what they want, they are attempting to continue inflationary policies by printing and spending more money. Deflation is good for the people because they benefit less from corporate investments and interest because they have less capital. Inflation keeps the goy from prospering while deflation and flat money makes things a more even playing field.

Yes, but also because the suspended economy & hoarding means dollars are sitting still rather than circulating through the economy. That is the liquidity crisis they are talking about, and I don't see how the effect is any different from deflation.
But the big thing we'll be the flood of loan defaults that is coming. Considering they are losing the deflation battle before that has even begun, I'm bracing for serious deflation. Which means get out of debt, hold cash, and wait to buy up assets on the cheap.

A bond is an IOU that some entity (in this case a corporation) gives in exchange for cash. It's essentially a loan but instead of going to a lender they "sell" this bond on the open market to the lowest bidder to get a cheap loan with no fees or conditions. This loan concept breaks down when the bonds are being bought by the Fed with freshly printed and unlimited dollars. The Fed could never collect on the loan, making it a cash bailout.
This money can be used for anything including stock buybacks and bonuses to the directors. Even if the Fed does not intend for this to be free money the board of directors could easily issue billions in bonds, pocket it all and let the company go bankrupt. It would be 100% legal.

The real clincher is that they don't even know what will cause what to fail so they must protect every sector no matter how fucked up.

Corporations large enough to issue bonds are owned by jews/shitlibs, and/or must honor bond maturation obligations to jew/shitlib bond holders.
By and large, GOP businessmen own small to medium sized bidnesses, which never get within a country mile of even dreaming of issuing corporate debt.

Yes. I’m a bit new to the subject but a bond isn’t stock, so the fed holds corporate debt temporarily until the bond expires, at which point the corporation pays it back with interest. How does this equate to nationalizing the economy?
