Might just be a markov bot. Give a bot a body of text from which to pull, give it a seed for what words should be put together in what way, and then tell it to self iterate. Eventually you get a bot that posts sentences indistinguishable from a real user’s. This, of course, isn’t that. He’s just spamming, and quite obviously. The purpose of which may be to artificially inflate site statistics, or just to train OTHER bots somehow. I remember that someone here did a direct study of Voat’s traffic and found that there are several dozen instances of bot accounts which will reply to specific comments with full body text faster than a human could have even read the comment, much less even copied and pasted a reply. I don’t remember the username. I don’t remember when it was. I’m a worthless piece of shit whose memory loss has destroyed his life. The point is, there are bots now which are indistinguishable–over a long term–from a real user.

Voat, even in its current failed state, is plagued with spammers (either bot or human-run), shills (shitposters, trolls, and the paid variety), and actual anti-truth zealots (who do it for free™). He looks to me like just a simple spammer. No real purpose or direction. Only a vague idea of a narrative to push. And no one’s relying on his effectiveness to push that narrative, only to make us look ridiculous simply by allowing it to continue to post here. That’s my take.
