On Monday, the Oregon state Senate passed House bill 3216, a measure introduced by the state’s three black Democratic legislators, including Bynum. The bill allows victims of these calls to sue a 911 caller for as much as $250 if the victim can prove that the 911 call was racially motivated and that the caller intended to discriminate or harm the reputation of the victim.
So yeah, it looks like even if the black person was committing a crime, he can alledge the call was made in a discriminatory fashion and sue. The caller would be judged in civil court, and looks like small claims would handle it, which means it's a preponderance of the evidence that would decide whether the caller has to pay; and this would largely be based on hearsay. Horrible law.
Instead of white flight from cities, this will cause (along with many other laws and ideologies) whites to move to states that protect them. Balkanization seems inevitable. This just further enforces the fact that our cultures are diametrically opposed to each other and we can't live together. I'm trying to find a new state to move to, and I'll have to cross Oregon off my list.
I've been thinking about where to go next, but have no clue. Sometimes I wonder what the viability is of getting a large group of like minded people together and purchasing a massive tract of land in maybe Montana, and building a community of our own.
Of course, some sneaky kike fucks and clowns would do all they could to infiltrate, but they'd stand out immediately and could be removed. Obviously this isn't a well thought out plan, but is worth considering...
