The left's tactics in the courts are to grasp at straws. It can be intimidating tactic but, so long as you have good lawyers, you'll get through it easily.
Know why they're going to keep getting sued? because of the repeated examples of "leftists" in judge positions ignoring the law, passing rulings they want instead, so their buddies know to keep suing until a court case lands in front of one of those many crooked judges.
Lawsuit wasn't technically frivolous, but yeah. The left is so used to slanted opinion pieces that they can't tell when something is being objectively reported.
