I think it's a mistake to try to work within the current system (put up a bunch of money to found a us registered bank and enter the credit card system etc.). The reason there's so little competition in that sector is because regulation is used to crush it. The same people you're fighting against have the power to take you to court for any one of a billion tiny offences and choke you with paperwork. And that's assuming you get the bank up and running to begin with.
As I had gone over, more inclined to buyout a current bank and the purpose is to nullify jews current non personing tactic. All that's needed for that is to run a bank as is, apolitically, just follow the law with no kicking people out. As far as competing, it merely involves having alternatives to jew controlled businesses, the jews do the selling from them putrifying everything they put out such that merely being staying normal and apolitical is a huge selling point, and if jews keep kicking people out, being the alternative will quickly get broadly known. Get notorious enough for that, many people will move over on principle, Chick-Fil-A style.

Same problem. If you don't play along with the globalist game they'll shut you down and use their control of the press to smear you with "daddy government intervenes to save you from racist plutocrat bankers."
All that's needed for that is to run it as is, apolitically, just follow the law with no kicking people out.
The law is political. The purpose of regulation isn't to provide a clear set of guidelines anyone can follow to run a non-corrupt business. It's to provide a minefield of red tape tripwires that only the well connected can safely navigate. If they decide to screw you they will screw you. If they have to invent new rules to do it, they will.
If you have that many white people on your side... better to start at the top. Trump already proved that there's political demand to drain the swamp, all you'd have to do is get elected, go to DC and start shutting down deep state institutions like it's 1776.
If that's not feasible then you have to work completely outside of the existing system. Buying a bank in the globalist banking system won't make them play fair, you have to work completely outside of it.
They make laws to squeeze out competition financially, same tactic with lawsuits. Just going to DC doesn't work, and it's not about just buying a bank, it's buying/starting up everything.
Then you still need to start at the top. Even if you bought/founded a complete set of financial and social services, it'll all be meaningless if some suit in washington can shut them down for wrongthink.
Starting at the bottom really with raising an army of financial warriors as described. As gone over, congress critters are taken into account. It's possible to pass an unconstitutional law, they've been doing it, but we would be operating so mainstream it will prove challenging to isolate an attack that doesn't impact everything, and prior unconstitutional laws haven't been fought against because people haven't had the funds or didn't want to risk their money fighting them, where as this plan it's expected to have to do lawfare, funds to go forward with it, expecting loss leaders to achieve a purpose beyond making/keeping a buck, just like jews are throwing away money to carry out their agenda of White genocide. Combine a million or so Whites who understand this, with an aim on fighting jews' plan of genociding us, hardened living arrangement from dropping cost of living to the floor, freed up money as a result that they were losing before anyway to participate in such a financial fight with a decent chance of it being spent rather than an investment(though collecting so many business I would imagine at some point things would start become profitable, depends on the fight with jews which I don't imagine will be light, hence the need for an aim beyond making a buck, financial warriors) and rather than spend that recouped money on leisure, that would be the recipe.
It sounds like you're talking about creating a new nation, which I would say is starting from the top and cutting off (((congress))). If it works it works. I'm a regular on /v/emergencynation and there's a few other similar projects floating around.
