btw,did you know that our constitution only applied to rich people and it was later when the bill of rights were added to it that it was a "common law" for everybody and even then ......the more you know.see our founders created a republic not a democracy and they believed that people of higher status should have been the ones who for a better word guide the constitutional process and politics of our nation....per plato's republic :)
later the whole thing was " democratized" which included other peoples rights to participate in our political process.why do you think that most of our presidents are remotely related to European nobility and such ?

She ignored it, which therefore means we are in Lawful Rebellion.
In theory we can hang her for treason (signing the Nice and Lisbon Treaties effectively handing our country over to a foreign power ie the EU). In practice it means we can disregard all her Statutes.
Many people disagree with this interpretation but I am certain of it, and will obey only the Common Law.
It's analagous to the USA insisting that the Constitution is the law - not the Uniform Commercial Code, which is the millions of rules and regulations made by government.
