I agree. He definitely thought he was boss of the beach and not in a good way. The interesting part is this shows us David Hogg is an activist following an agenda and not a bereaved high school student.
I'm not sure why that would prevent sand from getting in the car... maybe less sand... but then again, this is a place where the biggest concern is where people put their boogie boards, so maybe sand is an equally disturbing crisis.

That life guard looked like a cunt to me. They are there to help and inform people about the dangers of the water, not act like they own the place.

yeah... but supposedly the reason the friend put the boogie board on top of the trashcan is because he didn't want it to get sandy... at the beach...
