An internal (Oxfam) 2011 report said: “It cannot be ruled out that any of the prostitutes were under-aged.” Now more detail is being asked of Oxfam with suggestions that a coverup was conducted.
They used some of the charity money intended for the earthquake victims to hire a villa which they named Eagles' Nest (a la Hitler?) Then some of the staff including head of mission Van Hauwermeiren had enough free time from helping the afflicted to party hearty with local paid prostitutes.
Oxfam allowed Van Hauwermeiren to resign when news leaked out about the prostitutes.
But this didn't affect his career: he got another job working in Bangladesh for another charity,Action Against Hunger.
Who's on the Board of Directors for Action Against Hunger?: Robert de Rothschild who when he's not growing grapes is "Global funding coordinator Jewish Agency for Israel"
Oxfam in their 2011 investigation found a "culture of impunity" among some of it's staff. More like a culture of depravity.
In the wake of a quake that killed 220,000 people, injured 300,000 and left 1.5million homeless there are people who gravitate to scenes of tragedy to party? and possibly with underage destitute girls?

Well, at least he didn't waste the money.
