I was always curious about this video Vice put out a few years ago. Specifically, who was end receiving the organs being harvested. I was so focused on Kidney's being removed and what it signified that I'd completely missed that Israeli's would have had a hand in the trafficking of human organs during the war. It makes sense as to why the UN only allowed women to leave the region. A lot of Israeli's came from the former USSR and had insane connections.

Muslims collecting organs from Christians to sell to Jews? Every organ has a DNA tag embedded in it that will show up in a blood test of the recipient. DNA amplification makes that possible. If the allegations are true then every person in Israel and world wide (not a massive number) can be quickly screened just like the testing that Ancestry Gene Data bases use.

AND if you have a stolen organ then that organ gets removed. END OF PROBLEM.

No! It does not. Each organ has its cells that themselves keep replicating as needed until the organ fails.

I'm all for the free and open sale and trade of organs. BUT - with a government ban then you push the trade out into the dark.

The trade of organs (like prostitution, drugs, etc.) is going to happen. No amount of authoritarian madness stop it. Never has, never will.

With a government ban then we only have bad actors in the space. The cartels, the scum of the earth like this guy, etc. Honest people are not in the organ trade.

It would be much better for everyone if we could buy and sell organs in an open way. Then companies can advertise that they have the 'freshest' goods, the cleanest donors, the lowest margins between what the donor's family is paid vs what the patient pays, etc. 3rd party companies can offer inspection services and certify the quality of the product, etc. All of this would remove the shortage of organ donations and everyone would benefit.

Lots of amazing things can happen once we limit the government a bit.

And here is a difference that makes regulating organ donations much easier. Unlike drug use, the organ sheds donor DNA into the hosts bloodstream. And you simply cannot hide a transplant as you have surgical scars and need anti-rejection drugs for the long haul. That makes regulating organ recipients easy peasy.

What? I'm talking about dead people. I'd be happy if my family could make an extra bit of $$ of my corpse. Or, are you saying that I don't really own or control my own body? Does my body belong to you? Does it belong to the state?

Remember: there are only 3 types of people who like prohibitions (of any type):

The politicians (both elected and union leaders) who get powerful and rich off the control.
The cartels who will always supply the black market.
The useful idiots who think that making something illegal will make it go away. That they can absolve any moral responsibility or care if they can just help make it illegal and pretend it doesn't exist.
