If I remember correctly, they were each started by a different son of Abraham. So really, one of the longest disputes in human history is a fucking Jerry Springer episode. It'd be hilarious if not for all the gods damned casualties.
God promised that Abraham and Sarah would father a great nation, but they were both old as fuck and didn't believe it. So Sarah, who was barren, had Abraham sleep with her handmaiden who was younger and fertile and gave birth to Ishmael. Later, God's promise came true and Sarah gave birth to Isaac. Isaac gave birth to Jacob who in turn sired the twelve patriarchs of Israel. Ishmael's decendants are the sandniggers who blow themselves up today.
That was a lovely retelling of that story. You should run a church. Just make sure to remind your congregation all modern jews are the synagogue of satan.
