Add a Vote Farming option to the Report button (ideasforvoat)

Would make for an easy way for users to report users that are begging for upvoats, and seeing as how some of the private subverses have gone public, it will be an effective means to call out the people who think the rules don't apply to them. I suspect a few real spammers have been using the Q migration to get freebie points.

We have not found Q's link to 'VOAT' to work for anything, but vial nastiness! One out of 25 so-called 'comments' or 'discussions' may actually be from a 'former' Q supporter, just cannot enjoy the comment for all the 'Crap' that goes with it! We are done! Will look again another day. Very Disappointing! and Disturbing!
