From my understanding, Qfugees left due to being called names, and getting downvoated for begging for CCP to circumvent site policies put in place to deter spammers. Goats call eachother niggerfaggot as a hazing practice, but also as a term of endearment, and as a means of symbolizing that anything goes on this site so long as it isn't blatantly illegal. The downvoats came because we still have a real problem with spammers on this site, so a mass wave of CCP beggars will probably have spammers mixed in the group, and we're not about to support spammers on this site by letting beggars beg. If you want to participate in this site, then participate. Build your CCP naturally, interact with the native communities, and you'll have your restrictions lifted in no time.
