I'm not strictly against a report for vote farming option, considering what happened during the whole Q fiasco, but I don't quite think it's needed. As many of the hardcore, self-proclaimed "goats" around here are fond of pointing out, Voat has an immune system, and a very effective one at that. If an entire group of users step out of line, most goats go full-blitzkrieg and handle the problem. If we had more reporting options, then You'd start to see individuals getting targeted, which is unacceptable.

To be honest, on the one hand I'd like to see more report options Myself, but on the other hand I understand *why *there's so few options or rules in the first place, because people will abuse said options to silence others. Credit where credit is due: As much as I hate the nazi shit around here, so far no attempt at censoring Me by the site itself has occurred, and if I can come on here and call the general populous a bunch of bratwurst-sucking hitlarpers (and vice-versa everyone else can call Me a JIDF-shill-faggot-whatever) and not get insta-banned, that means Voat is working properly, and hasn't descended entirely into echo-chamber status.

This place is like a post-apocalypse world; Sure it sucks that You run into some awful shit on a regular basis, and that other users can be real dicks, but so can You, which is the system of balance that works the best.
