I don't disagree with you, nor am I a pedo apologist. You seem to have missed the entire point that a lot of goats are making. The fact of the matter here is that he hasn't broken a rule. Loli is not considered child pornography in any law book to my knowledge, nor is it considered child pornography on Voat. Is it concerning, yes. Does it make @aged look like a fucking creep, absofuckinglutely... but it's not illegal or against the rules. And that is the point you are missing.
Because we tout free speech so much, the hypocrisy of banning someone on the grounds we banned them on and who also hasn't broke our rules is truly astonishing. (In case you missed it, the grounds for the ban were "off topic posts") If we go down that path, there would be no stopping it. All it would take is a brigade of whiners in some far off corner of voat to piss and moan until someone bans them. It's not the way we operate around here... you should know that by now.
