Why don't you start a thread in say v/AskVoat "should he be banned in v/gaming? yes / no" and let the votes speak ?

I see goats left and right losing their shit because of users stretching our tolerance , he is not the only one being a dick and it smells like an orchestrated attempt to drive us into bans, sheets of rules and prohibitions. To avoid falling into that hole and become what we hate the most the community should step forward and decide .

No, because a majority vote is irrelevant to actual "justice." Even if everyone wants him gone, it's completely hypocritical and unethical to get rid of him based on "we don't like what he's posting and we don't like this user, but he hasn't broken any rules." v/gaming determined he wasn't breaking their rules but people could use your idea to add a new rule to the sub, that way if Aged breaks that rule, he CAN be rightfully banned.

A popular vote is not a rightful ban.

that's how his first ban happened.

and then his apologists said "he broke no rules"

it's a worth a second try though perhaps.
