Has @kadynce displayed a history of mod abuse?

If no, then I think the ban should be overturned and Kadynce retains their mod status (I haven't noticed any shenanigans here other than this stuff)

If there has been a history of mod abuse then remove the mod. Now I don't think there has been a history of mod abuse, least I haven't seen it myself so I'm okay with just overturning the ban and moving on.
