They're trying to make it political when it's really that hes way too obese to qualify. There's a shortage of organs, like they'd give a new heart to this beast to destroy when it could go to a child (pediatric priority) or someone who was born with a heart defect or had cancer or illness that was completely not their fault?

It's not because he's illegal, it's because he's morbidly obese. There are BMI requirements to be transplanted.
