Well, so far it's working in just the way I expected. You get your CCP when people upvote comments and you can also upvote. You are just restricted to when you are allowed to downvote. I don't understand what that fuss is in the sticky thread..but now we are testing and have the proof. It's late where I am so I'll sign off until tomorrow.
