I think she made him that way. Look at him; broken and got his head down behind her. I've seen them before in WalMart, a mother and her tag along 'Lurch'. It's always a broken lad in tow. They never make eye contact with me or anyone else.
She probably dressed him and made him out to be a girl. She probably hates men, his father in particular so this is her being a mean bitch to his son. Or she's just so hateful of his father and men in general for her being fucking old and fugly that he dressed like a girl for her approval. Obviously he's starved for her approval and pizza rolls.
Malnourished as well. A normal loving mum would have put some meat on his bones. That requires cooking food and shoveling it at them because they eat like horses at that age. They get fed, they feel right and have energy to go do shit and get even more hungry and need fed. They get powered up and run off and do more shit, get stronger and then need fed because they are hungry.
Women used to have this figured out. My mom did, she'd feed you until you were 'fed', but she'd also roll you out the door to 'get with it' on some work or play.
Yup, if you're a psych student, here's a prime example why you look into the parental relationship. You should be able to gin out a paper on this easy enough off of this picture.

One point that I'll disagree with is about him being malnourished. I'd put his height around 6'2" +/- an inch if he took off those heels. A person doesn't get that tall while being malnourished during their childhood. Simply looking at third world immigrants whose children grow up on a first world diet should prove this, but there are a lot of studies on this as well. There might be other factors at play here like a grandma that fed him a lot or him taking advantage of school lunch/breakfast.
It's also possible that the mom was too accommodating to this thing rather than being neglectful/hateful. The first time he did something slightly gay, she (and whatever other parental influence he had) didn't voice strong and unwavering disapproval. Most tall guys will get awkward after a growth spurt and he could have tried the gay thing to fit in. We know they encourage degeneracy in (((schools))) and (((media))) all the time, and it would get him temporary attention from girls. This is not appropriate attire even for a women (which he is not), and normal mom would say "your not coming to wally world dressed like that."

Either way the less empowered parents and especially fathers are, the more likely things like this are to be created. I think if we could stop the media glamorization of this shit for even a year or two, a bunch would snap out of it.
