I am generally pretty nice (unless you're retarded), but I've completely run out of empathy for them. They wore the welcome mat out, shit on the carpet, and then smeared said shit on the walls.
Schizophrenics is the name for people who see patterns and codes everywhere. There's even a fancy name for their compulsion to type out many words of gibberish, but I forgot the name of that.
Well, it's more about their compulsive behavior and magic thinking than it is about a word salad. That's the result, but there's like reasons they do it. It is symptomatic of schizophrenia.
I know a schizophrenic. We, in the neighborhood tried to help him but it was exhausting. He should be permanently institutionalized. He acts out on elephant doses of thorazine + haldol.
I had a sibling who was schizophrenic with paranoid delusions.
It's fucking tragic.
I once sat there with her while she ate cotton balls. She ate like a whole bag of 'em. I figured they'd not kill her and she seemed to be enjoying them.
However, I just can't keep the empathy up for the Qtards. I tried. I did, for quite a while. I even offered to pay for them to get mental health evaluations and showed them that it could be done anonymously.
Yeah. We decided we'd jail 'em rather than treat them. A huge percentage of the inmate population is mentally ill.
Part of this is actually the fault of the ACLU. They had good intentions, but they made it much more difficult to hospitalize people against their wills. This was largely due to the sheer amounts of abuse that went on in those places. Reagan happily used this as an excuse to shut down many places and they still haven't replaced all the beds that used to be available.
It's actually cheaper to treat them than it is to house them in jails and prisons, but nobody actually gives a shit about data. It's also so much more effective to treat them.
It's one of those subjects I try to not think too much about.

That they don't have meds, but should look into getting some.

I'm pretty sure my tax dollars ensure that they can get free meds.

Getting them to the head shrinkers is the hard part. They think they are sane.

I am okay with using force.
