Guys,

You make me laugh. You make all of us laugh. But after the last talk had with @freshmeat we looked into what he said about manipulation and wondered if something was really there to see. Even (as much as it can be difficult to admit ) @Grifter42 has been right about some of the bias Voat Inc. has shown, just for a few cheap laughs. Admittedly needed laughs, but at what cost?

We wanted to do this differently but tonight changes a lot as we are dealing with a lot of brand new users and the tech issues that go with it We are shutting down sbbh at least until @heygeorge can talk with some of the members and hopefully come to a meaningful discussion about Voat, what their intentions are, and how we can reconcile.

What were the problems with the SBBH mods?

I only ask because 100% of the mods for /v/GreatAwakening were SBBH mods too, up until this happened?

Does this have something to do with SBBH's brigading and karma farming?

Yup, I'm sure you were a new mod for at least a day before SBBH was banned.

A few days ago I was shocked when I noticed that EVERY new mod added to GreatAwakening were also SBBH cancer mods, known for karma farming and down-vote-brigading so I double checked all of you, and you were 100% SBBH mods... every last one.

I respect that your history doesn't show that you participated in karma farming like the rest of the GreatAwakening mods do, however it makes me nervous to witness SBBH take control of a sub that I used to respected and post to. I'd never been critical of GA before I noticed the SBBH stench.

I don't enjoy saying this, however it is true.

Um no! I was never a mod. Not even for a day, or part of a day. Do you always make things up and try to present them as truth? That's a problem.

You can have your opinion and try to make your point about SBBH without making things up to fit your narrative. It undermines your credibility when you add in mistruths.

I admit that I have no way to prove this because you weren't posting to that karma farming down-vote-brigading toxic shithole, but you can't pretend that SBBH cancer-mods now overwhelming dominate GreatAwakening.

I don't mean to attack you personally, but discuss a major issue with mods that Atko deemed so toxic that he was forced to breach his sacred free speech philosophy and intervene.

I've only seen Atko do that twice before over the past 4 years, once when /v/Niggers was taken over by henerycorp and to stop amalak's bot attacks.

Not a good sign and people should be aware of this.

Why would I document it when I had no way of knowing that SBBH was about to be shut down by Atko?

Besides, the mod profile history of almost all of the other mods proves my point anyway - that although I give you credit for not participating (or not having a chance to participate) in SBBH karma farming, it's clear the other mods were.

Arguing that "only" 80% of GreatAwakening mods were cancer-mods of a karma-farming, down-vote-brigading, toxic community that Atko was forced to shut down because they were attacking Voat... only makes my point for me.
