These are the facts in this assassination/murder.
1:45am - Drinking alone at Lous City bar at, refused a ride home. “Unusually drunk”. Walking towards Wonderland Ballroom only a ten minute walk away. He never arrived.
Half an hour to walk home if he chose to do so.
4:19am – Block from his home. On phone with his girlfriend at the time. She heard a scuffle and he said “to not worry”. Shot twice in the back. Bruises on his hands knees and face. No DNA evidence has emerged.
SETH RICH WAS CONSCIOUS AND BREATHING AT THE SCENE. HE WAS ABLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH EMERGENCY WORKERS.
He made it to the hospital. He died at the hospital at 5:57 am.
July 15th; Nothing was stolen. He had a phone, wallet (full of cash) and expensive watch all on his person after the robbery. Seth was investigating the DNC electoral voter fraud and voter suppresion. He was set to testify about the HRC email scandal.
May 15th; FBI raided his apartment and seized his laptop within 3 days of his death. We find out that Rich transferred 44,000+ emails to Wikileaks. Podesta and HRC emails were uploaded on Wikileaks 12 days after Seth Rich’s death. An investigator in the murder inquiry died 3 days before the election.
Investigators were told to stand down in their investigations. There has been no formal inquiry into his death. His own parents said that if this was a robbery they failed". But have gone back on their statements.
No dashcam, body cam or security camera footage has been recovered. The business that had security cameras on the area of his murder, was never contacted by law enforcement to get footage.
Seth Rich's family had been pressured to keep quiet by anonymous callers.
Seth Rich's laptop has not been released to the public. Julian Assange still has not said it outright that Seth Rich was the leaker but heavily hints it.
A vehicle was broken into and guns belonging to the FBI were stolen 2 hours before Seth Richs death.

A very useful way to setup a criminal case is to do a detailed timeline. Detailed in the sense of many entries, but not detailed in the description of each entry (it would be too much to take in). I like the time set up here, but then the organization goes off on a tangent to dates before and after. If they are relevant dates/times, let's put them in the correct order and with little to no opinion. LOVE the idea and start of this though.

I have tried to verify all sorts of claims about Seth Rich, but most of them are speculation or made up on 4chan. I have found only 2 definitely true sources of information. One is comments made by his parents on video which state some facts about what the police told them. Two is some cagey comments by Julian Assange implying, but not confirming, that Seth Rich was the DNC leaker.
I also found a maybe true source of information, which is the police report. However, the source of the police report is not actually verifiable by me.
KimDotCom also says he has information about the case, but has not released any evidence whatsoever. But he has a proven history of crime (credit card fraud), is under indictment by the FBI, so is not a trustworthy source.
Every other claim I've seen about this case in this post, this forum, other forums, and news stories have no solid foundation. For example, people claim to know what hospital he died at: but that information is not known. Any other information about who his doctor and his condition at the hospital are hearsay, there is no public evidence.
A disturbing part is how many tv talking heads are making references to information that is sourced on 4chan.org by anonymous users. But 4chan is a roleplay site whos motto states "The stories and information posted here are artistic works of fiction and falsehood. Only a fool would taken anything posted here as fact".
Also a lot of people seem to be taking obvious Youtube LARPers at face value, even when they provide no evidence for what they say, and have made verifyably untrue claims.
The bottom line is that unless the DC police find something in their investigation, this whole thing adds up to absolutely nothing. Even if the conspiracy is true, but the DC police are in on it, nothing will ever come of it.

Where is the video footage? There were several surveillance cameras that could've shown his murder, but none of the videos have been released. None of the links I posted are based on anonymous posts on 4chan, but still raise flags. You're right, there's a lot of speculation and not a lot of facts, bc the facts are being hidden. At the absolute minimum, Seth Rich's murder deserves a proper investigation, regardless of who murdered him.

Correct, I don't think anyone has confirmed with 100% certainty that he leaked to Wikileaks. However, considering Wikileaks and Assange's behavior regarding his death, it seems a little strange that they would take such an interest in someone who wasn't actually the leaker. That's just my take on it though; there is nothing definite yet.
I agree that something doesn't add up, and at the very least there are questions that need answering, regardless of if he was the leak or not. Voter fraud does seem to fit the bill though.

Yes, but you're thinking of the Podesta emails. The DNC email leak was a different email leak. The Podesta emails weren't released until October or November 2016; the emails Seth Rich supposedly leaked were released July 22, 2016, 12 days after his death.

It's certainly possible. Like I said, there's nothing definite (yet, at least), but there are a lot of "coincidences" that make you wonder. Enough to warrant an actual police investigation that would reveal once and for all what was on his laptop & if he was the leaker, and who killed him.
