Sure does. GITMO has been expanded significantly antly and the Navy has trained brig operations personnel. If it happens, I’ll be the first to be in the lawfare. I’m telling you, it has not happened yet. I have not seen anything that would prepare me to do it. So that means if it’s military tribunals as the way ahead, it won’t be soon.
