Don't disagree with your overall premise, but the alleged event regarding the SCOTUS members meeting to discuss the Texas+many states election case that SCOTUS booted citing "Texas had no standing" may not be viable, as de-bunkers have said that supposedly the Supreme Court justices haven't met in person since the COVID lock-downs started.

Would love for that report about Roberts screaming at the other justices and refusing the case due to fear of riots, and it sounds perfectly plausible, but if in fact (don't have any 'sauce' to prove or disprove) the justices actually haven't met in person since Spring, that would mean that shouting match rumor is false.
