It is not hard to understand the court's reasoning. If the military does not step up then it does not matter. If they do it keeps a set of blue states from going the same route in the future when they are not happy with a red presidential win.

Q said it was a show. The President is dealing with being forced to play a part in the Transition Integrity Project (TIP) scripted Color Revolution/ planned regime change war games show. The President doesn't want to go down the path TIP made for him. TIP planned for a situation where the President would not concede (patriots don't want President Trump to concede in the fact of extensive fraud ). Next in the TIP script is to activate mass demonstrations (blm), that create a call by citizens for crackdowns on their violence and destruction, once cracked down upon, blm increases calls for more violent demonstrations against Trump (this is why our POTUS has stated many times that it is up to Governors to ask him to send NG into the states). TIP's plan supported by propaganda of MSM will paint Trump supporters as the violent ones in any clashes with blm/antifa.

TIP next plans: "Soon, Attorney General William P. Barr opens an investigation into unsubstantiated allegations of massive vote-by-mail fraud and ties between Democratic officials and antifa. " Sound familiar? (Could President Trump be saying 'where is AG Barr' because either POTUS will not follow the TIP script or wants to keep TIP's players guessing about whether AG Barr is going down the path TIP prepared for him?)

TIP then plans: "In Michigan and Wisconsin, where Biden has won the official vote and Democratic governors have certified slates of pro-Biden electors, the Trump campaign persuades Republican-controlled legislatures to send rival pro-Trump slates to Congress for the electoral college vote." (so far the R legislatures are still wading thru fraud issues, will they send rival electors? TIP's plan didn't seem to include having the FRAUD found out )

This part of TIP's plan is implemented now: "Social media platforms can commit to protecting the democratic process, by rapidly removing or correcting false statements spread by foreign or domestic disinformation campaigns and by ensuring that their platforms aren’t used to incite or plan violence" What can we do? On their platforms try to get around the censorship until banned to reach the uninformed that now say they wouldn't have voted Biden if they knew of Hunter's China deals etc. Get others to join en masse to free speech platforms

TIP says against POTUS "When people unite to demand democracy and the rule of law, even repressive regimes can be stopped in their tracks." However POTUS isn't playing the part of 'repressive regime', it is TIP players and manipulators (dems and RINOs) that are repressive. - WE THE PEOPLE need to hold the line and demand fair and free elections against the wanna be repressive commies that want to steal the election from POTUS through FRAUD

TIP plans:"I think the Democratic party and its affiliated institutions and organizations need to be prepping basically a defense of ballot counting, sort of a nationwide effort to stop that tampering." We see this going on now, we need to push for exposing the FRAUD, and transparent audits only counting the legal votes. Hold the line. Again, did TIP not plan on the fraud being found out? The reaction of the people to the evidence of fraud? All they parrot is "no evidence" or "unsubstantiated claims" in the face of clear and convincing EVIDENCE. The MSM still follows the script, but we didn't follow the script, we found the FRAUD and we got the witness affidavits and videos.

TIP also considered "a military coup, or at least a refusal by military leaders to obey certain orders." (Does POTUS have the military under control? This could get ugly fast)

What did Ukraine do to overthrow its fraudulent election? (we are playing the part of Ukraine now in the sequel TIG script that is trying to overthrow our President now after they pulled the same shit with manipulating Ukraine ) We can flip the script and do what Ukraine did but aim to keep our landslide legal votes POTUS - peaceful strikes, sit-ins, and marches. TIG's war game planned for: "A landslide for Joe Biden resulted in a relatively orderly transfer of power." Hell no. Stop the steal. The fraud cannot stand. Hold the line, fight for Trump.

SCOTUS rejected the Texas case because the complaint was filed as "motion for LEAVE to fill a bill of complaint". It means they asked permission, instead of simply a motion to file the bill of complaint. If you ask for permission to do something you have the right to do, they have a right to tell you no. Just do it.

What the fuck ever at this point. Trump was just proof that voting doesn't matter.

The case was kicked out on a technicality based on standing- not merit.

SCOTUS claimed that the state of Texas (and other states) have not been injured by diluted votes because state votes have not been cast yet, and therefore the state cannot file a lawsuit before any actual injury has occurred. And technically the SCOTUS is correct.

A state vote is only considered to be a state vote when it's electoral vote is cast by an elector, through the electoral college. State electors have not yet cast votes, therefore Texas has not technically had any of its state votes diluted, or infringed upon...yet. Thus SCOTUS can't take the case- yet.

More than likely the case will be re-filed after electors vote, and the state can then legally show damages, and the case should then be able to be taken by the SCOTUS.

We will have to wait and see how it all shakes out, but I think the suit will still happen.

I dont understand how SCOTUS turned down Texas lawsuit. The argument that the four states changed laws which they couldn't because it was not constitutional IS valid.

The only explanation is that SCOTUS is compromised and do not work for the people.

Hence all this gaslighting IS WASTING TIME.

What is needed is mass civil war. If law courts and doj will not do its job and the Trump admin is too pussy to use the military to start rounding up the evil and hanging the fuckers.

Remember, if Biden gets in, Trump supporters are fucked. They have all out internet usage, all our transactions, all our data, all messages including here on voat so they can use that to gaslight the fuck out of everyone and use kangaroo courts to convict us of 'hate speech' or whatever the fuck they make up. TX and those many other states that joined the lawsuit showed the world that citizens of the USA see the bullshit fraud that was imposed upon us and that WE ARE UNITED FIGHTING TO STOP THE STEAL. We know who is on our side.
