You might have a point here -- if your post was based on something other than your viewpoint -- it is not based on research or law. EVEN IF Kyle committed some act that was unlawful; he still defended himself while in fear for his life -- a lawful act. Do you get it? He was acting legally for that which he was arrested. Sorry your feelings were hurt that mods and many others did not agree with your viewpoint, but really just get a clue and move onwards!
