America is getting dumbed down, it simply means you in Chinese or sometimes 'that', can also mean well... or but ...or that thing or... that or an expression like erm aaah um, meaning "that/that one/this/this one," people in Shanghai dialect use Nig-ge all the time, or maybe pronounced ni ge?! nàge, literally meaning 'that', or 'that thing'
