Weird to read that from 3 months ago! I'm no longer smoking as of almost two months ago (still take the Rick Simpson Oil, helps with the concussions). Also I documented, in that, the first night that I "guarded the house" which I have been continuing to do since that day.
Hopefully that will end soon and I can go back to a more normal sleep schedule.
