It's the NWO's attempt to misdirect the 'Clown World' meme and get spergs and dissenters to lionize (yet another) jew (Joaquin Phoenix) in a story written and directed by two other jews (Todd Phillips and Scott Silver).
Either willingly or unwillingly, James Woods participates in this project by lionizing a meme not only of the aforementioned Joker, but on a music soundtrack (Rock 'n' Roll (Part 2)) played by a notorious pedo, Gary Glitter.
So far it seems to be working, for the unwary spergs and dissenters.
