This is Crensch and Molochhunter. They're always trying to disrupt the other Q subverses so people will flock to their /v/GreatAwakening walled garden. Every time SBBH starts playing around with one of their stupid memes, Crensch and Molochhunter bring it to QRV so it looks like the SBBH morons are spamming it here.
