Researched this a few weeks back. Believe that is the area where Maxwell had her corporation registered, TerraMar. Researched the area some to find a St. James Street which was rather interesting. Then noticed many "Gentlemen's" Clubs in the area, actually quite a few, many of which were exclusive members only clubs and almost all were men only clubs. The exclusive clubs had royals as their members. Take a look for yourselves:
