When they refuse to serve you, tell them they are discriminating against you because you cannot wear a mask and show them in their policy where it says they will not discriminate based on religion or medical condition.
I'm not saying it wouldn't turn into a massive lawsuit. I'm saying it would. That video also isn't in the county I'm in where people HAVE been arrested, and fired.
I'm also saying it'd be George Soros vs. a "literal nazi" with $1000 to his name and anyone with the means to help would find some excuse not to help.
It would mean years of homelessness and joblessness while lawyers argue in an ever-increasing expense racket to eventually reach a paltry settlement, only to have every last penny taken from you in back taxes.
Fighting at the jury box is impossible, and one man isn't going to stop an entire sheriff's department of bootlicking communists.

Around here the sheriff would just arrest you, and without any actual medical excuse from a doctor, it's a misdemeanor.
