of course orcs are a mildly exaggerated version of blacks. Even the American blacks who are about 25% white on average still have a very high crime rate and lower intelligence than any fully Eurasian people. You can build an orcto be intelligent and sociable just like you can find a minority of blacks who are as smart as the average white person and know how to behave themselves, but the averages remain what they are.
