I believe they are not using fentanyl. They are not that "cruel". They are retarding treatment for underlying symptoms to make it look more "natural". Not even through malicious means at that. Good intentions manipulated by stress induced fear from management and disinformation to trigger emotional problem solving.
Fentanyl requires malicious intent. Manipulated medical malpractice is justified as altruistic to get the do gooders to cope with evil intent. The intent is through management using fear and guilt. They being the front line workers and them being the cruel management. Management removes accountability from both sides. That is the real cruelty.
