Q never came right out and said follow the white rabbit.

He did say "Who are the white rabbits?" in 2049, following a reference to shillary as Alice and Saudi Arabia as "Wonderland". Alice follows the white rabbit down the rabbit hole.

Then in 2051 he talked about Alex Podesta's white rabbit photos depicting crimes against children, and also a reference to "how deep is the rabbit hole" in 3367. Finally, Q talks about the Matrix movie in a couple posts. Neo in the movie is told to "follow the white rabbit". That's probably where all this came from, it's all related to Alice in Wonderland, and the adrenochrome drug molecular graphic, which looks like a rabbit.
