If Q can track Snowden, then Q can track Ghislaine Maxwell.

Or:

Q lied.
Q neither tracked Snowden, nor does he have the ability to track Ghislaine Maxwell.

And furthermore, to assume Ghislaine is currently drinking blood would be to assume that either:

Q knows she is doing that and allows it, which would make Q a bad actor.

Q has no idea, doesn't have the ability to prevent Ghislaine from currently drinking blood because Q never tracked Snowden and doesn't have the ability to track Ghislaine.

There is no thought process associated with Ghislaine continuing to drink blood and having escaped that doesn't, in turn, make Q a bad actor or a fraud.
